QUALIFICATIONS
  • University degree from reputable universities
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in healthcare industry specifically in well-known branded products in Consumer Health, Personal Care or OTC 
  • Previous experience in working directly with patients, management of  patient-oriented
  • Ability to develop marketing strategies, advertising, promotion programs for patients (consumers) and HCPs towards driving up the business and market share growth
  • Strong marketing and brand building experience, preferably in communications/media planning, digital/consumer engagement strategies and platforms
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Good in teamwork and communication
  • Strategic thinking and decision making skills
  • Understanding of analytical tools and methodology
  • Excellent presentation, planning and organization skills
  • Ability to manage and scope a project from beginning to end
  • Willingness to multi-task, ability to quickly learn and meet deadlines
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts to reach consensus around common goals
JOB DESCRIPTION As a global leader in diabetes care, our target is to help people with diabetes lead healthier, happier lives. We are proud to be at the forefront of diabetes care with our innovative technology. We are currently seeking a DTC (direct-to-consumer) and Digital Product Manager for our diabetes division to be in charge of all marketing activities of both hospital business blood glucose monitoring systems and new innovative diabetes monitoring sensor technology.
The main responsibilities of this position:
  • Prepare annual and longer-term marketing plans
  • Analyze brand, market and competitors through gathering competitive information, identifying drivers in customer choice
  • Manage and develop marketing projects in different communication channels addressing different customer groups in collaboration with other functions of the organization
  • Coordinate project implementation with sales team and guide and support them on the execution of the projects in the field
  • Develop and sustain relations with key opinion leaders at different customer groups
  • Prepare and update product & competition training documents and provide product training to the the sales team on an ongoing basis
