Genel Nitelikler:

Due to our growing organization, we are in need of result and teamwork oriented professionals to join our team as “BRANCH MANAGER” in Bursa Region.

Job purpose

Plans, directs and controls all phases of successful operation within a branch.

Assists with the preparation and achievement of an annual business plan.

Develops Branch team so that each member is fully trained and developed to the optimum level.

Perform sales and customer service activities with assigned clients to increase sales and profitability.

Develop and maintain a strong brand awareness via social media, advertising, networking, public relations.

 

Key Accountabilities & Tasks 

FINANCE

  • Develop and implement branch revenue and expense forecasts. Establish a budget and assist with the development of short and long term growth plans for the branch.
  • Responsible for implementing the pricing strategy.  Ensure proper credit references are obtained and client credit limits are established according to guidelines. Oversee the collection of all outstanding accounts receivable.

MANAGEMENT

  • Manage the process of recruiting and hiring branch sales, recruitment and administration employees. Coach the team in sales and customer service techniques. Provide development and career opportunities for branch team.
  • Schedule and conduct regular branch meetings. Audit and monitor the activities of the team to ensure the branch is providing optimum service levels. Conduct performance evaluations and prepare developmental plans for branch team in a timely manner.

SALES

  • Identify, pursue and develop new accounts through awareness of local market, competitor activities and community growth plans. Establish rapport and continually develop current accounts with key clients. May assist Sales Consultants/ Sales Representatives with newly developed clients.
  • Survey clients regarding perception of services. Emphasize quality and service. Identify opportunities for further growth of existing accounts.
  • Develop and maintan knowledge of economic trends and changes affecting local businesses. Maintain records of competitors in the area that display their perspective shares of the market, locations, services and benefits offered.

 

Job Experience & Skills 

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Finance
  • 3-5 years experience in B2B Sales in a multinational organisation
  • Knowledge of sales process, concepts and tools
  • Ability to analyse and interpret financial and operational statements (P&L, budget)
  • Knowledge of labour legislation and laws related to the staffing industry
  • Knowledge of coaching methods and how to apply. Prior working experience in leading a team is preferable. 

Other

  • MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English
  • B category driving license

  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships and service delivery
  • Ensure commercial development and service quality of the branch
  • Manage and coach all the operation team to assure full service quality and team motivation.
