  • Preferably, experience in telemarketing and/or telesales,
  • Knowledge of central and detailed processes of Call Center,
  • Good verbal and written skills in English,
  • Following sectorial changes and developments related to Call Center,
  • Knowledge of Call Center technologies and systematics,
  • Experienced in customer relations, complaint management and customer satisfaction systematics,
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Understanding needs of the market and customer,
  • Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
  • Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
  • Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
  • Building collaboration,
  • Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
Position is located in Çayırova. JOB DESCRIPTION Arçelik Group is looking for a Team Supervisor - Call Center  who will work for Customer Services Directorate.
  • Ensuring application of pre and post sale activities planned for customer satisfaction and loyalty,
  • Carrying out recruitment process planned by call center and team leader,
  • Assessing and following up training needs of the team and planning in order to satisfy them,
  • Supporting, directing and motivating the team in line with company goals,
  • Following up, evaluating and taking the necessary steps to improve team's momentary, daily, monthly and annual performance at both individual and group level,
  • Taking part as project responsible.
