Our ideal candidate is expected to have following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration and other related fields,
- At least 4-5 years of experience in sales or business development in B-to-B environment,
- Having portfolio of decision makers in OEM and OES sectors is a must,
- Dynamic person who enjoys developing existing and new markets,
- Pragmatic, result driven and capable of developing business partnerships on long-term,
- Communicative team player who establishes the right priorities and takes care of a self-reliant completion with respect to deadlines,
- Good command in English and are familiar with MS-Office,
- Prepared to travel at least 50% of your time within Turkey.
- Develop new projects in existing clients as well as generating and acquiring new customers/projects,
- Purposively realise commercial targets on short-term as well as on long-term,
- Establish long-term relations with customers in OEM and OES sectors,
- Establishing a deep and wide network within the clients; develop and follow-up of the relations with sales, technical,purchasing, production and quality divisions.
- Prospect actively towards new potential projects,
- Assure technical services after the delivery of the products/services,
- Provide ideas and introduce new products along with the developing technologies
- Closely follow up projects from start-up to serial production and finally delivery stage.
