- Having Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering dept. or related ones.
- Having at least 3 years of experience in medical equipment, health projects or pharmaceutical sales preferibly with the responsibility of more than one country.
- Good command of English and native Arabic.
- No constraint for travelling around MENA countries
- Actualises sales at the region that he/she’s responsible for with the targeted “endorsement” and “gross profitability”
- Looks for the penetration opportunities for all active products of company, makes collaborations that provides synergy within the market that he/she’s responsible for; hence, provides the basic indicators of “acquired new customer”, “rate of new products within total sales” on the level that is targeted within the region
- Makes planned and regular visits on a targeted basis to all customers within the market, builds steady relations, provides customers’ needs by understanding their expectations and preserving company benefit and principles
- Makes regular market reports about “critical growing factors” like strategies of competitors, regulations, changes in customer management, expectations of sector specialists and professionals, state policies that effects the sector, maintains strategies that will make the sales increase
- Produces projects with health sector proffessionals about existing and potential products, by this way, reaches the targets of sales and customer satisfaction
- Actualises region customers’ “number of days in collection” in the targeted level, puts the determined approaches into practice by developing the necessary strategy with management about issues that appears in customer collections
- Fulfills customer satisfaction and engagement in accordance with market needs at the region that he/she’s responsible for by means of solution oriented customer management approaches and credible, on-time and high quality product delivery satisfying customer expectation
- Responsible of region expense budget and maintains all marketing and sales activities within “targeted expense budget”
