As a Customer Service Advisor (m / f) you will have to deal with various (technical) customer inquiries. This can be questions about the installation of the last system update, invoices or outstanding orders.
You have excellent communication skills and have preferably worked in a contact center before. You can actively listen to the questions of the customers purposefully and have excellent language skills. In addition, you are customer-friendly and like to help the customer with the best possible support for technical inquiries. With your commitment and empathy, you contribute a decisive part to customer satisfaction and a positive brand experience!
