JOB DESCRIPTION · Assist from the administrative support and the office management aspects.
· Handling and organizing meetings inside and outside the company.
· Responsible of the filing & documentation system.
· Assisting and organizing schedules.
· Receiving calls & handling clients/customers.
· Coordinates between the general manager and the clients, team members and other potential communications.
· Dealing with general manager's incoming emails and replies for necessary and urgent issues.
· Notify the general manager with all important and urgent emails that needs his decision.
· Screening phone calls, inquirers and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
· Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for general manager and traveling customers.
