- Having Bachelor or University degree,
- Having 5 years of sales experience in B to B (packaging, logistics, industry),
- Having experience and networking in channel/distribution sales, especially in Aegean Area.
- Good level of spoken and written English (all company trainings are also done in English),
- Strong business and technical sense (being able to fix minor machine problems occasionally),
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, team player and high commitment,
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of budgeting and economical influences,
- Responsible for the business and all target and key account management related tasks in the assigned region.
- Responsible for the formation and upholding of quality professional relationships with all tiers of the Company Distribution network.
- Responsible for acting in compliance with the agreed business plans and methodologies, as defined by Company Management.
