We are looking for Head of Sales who will work with the CEO and would be responsible of direct sales of Hurriyet Emlak Projeland.
- Build a team of A-players covering the territory of Turkey who is going to be performance-oriented sales team with strict processes
- Bring 250 projects to platform in 6 months
- Establish a process of measuring sales agent efficiency incl. an onboarding system, a bonus system, performance management system, introduction of a CRM system
- # of developers with active relationship with Hurriyet Emlak Projeland
- Monthly Revenue
- Customer Retention
- Sales agent efficiency
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience in building high performing sales teams
- Experience in internet/technology company
- Superb Analytical capabilities
- English level: at least conversational.

Operating conditions: office in Trump Towers, being part of the international project team of Hürriyet Emlak Projeland.
