HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
 
University degree,
Minimum 7 years of HR experience, manufacturing background is an asset,
Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English,
Advanced MS Office skills,
Knowledge about local labour law and labour union affairs,
Strong reporting capability,
Very good analytical background, strong communication & negotiation skills,
Self disciplined, result oriented and motivated,
No travel restriction,
No military obligation for male candidates.
  JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Ensure all HR policies and procedures are implemented locally in compliance with current local labour law and standards.  Build recruitment needs and manage all recruitment process. Lead talent management activities. Establish training and development needs and execute annual training and development plan. Lead performance management system. Monitor local remuneration reports including industry benchmarks. Ensure appropriate pay structure.  Lead local and international HR projects to support business needs and execution of corporate HR strategy. Lead employee and industrial relations in plants and headquarter.
