QUALIFICATIONS

We are a world leader, specializing in the Thermal Energy solutions industry. We provide Energy Savings advisory, Technical Solutions and Thermal Energy trainings to the industry we operate. Our customers are derived from a wide diversity of industry including amongst others Food, Beverage, Textile, Power Plants, Paper, Hotels, Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals and Oil and Gas.   

As the Sales Engineer – Based in our head office in Istanbul, you will have a unique opportunity to work with a global Thermal Energy solutions company, pioneering innovative solutions. The role requires you to promote the sales of the company products, energy recovery solutions & engineered systems through customer visits, delivering technical seminars and carrying out plant audits.

This role would suit a person who is looking to develop their career within the Thermal Energy sector.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will need to have the following : 

  • Drive and enthusiasm for achievement – a “can do” attitude.
  • Strong track record in technical sales utilizing various market channels.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Completed Military Service for male candidates
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to build a rapport with customers and colleagues alike. 
  • A strong work ethic
JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Skills and Experience

Qualification:             

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher 

Specialist Knowledge:

  • Must be able to plan and apply the pro-active account management approach to develop account strategies
  • Experience in delivering technical seminars will be an added advantage

Experience:             

  • Minimum 5 years of working in an industrial sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication
  • Strong track record in technical sales utilizing various market channels.

Language

  • Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal) is essential

Values:                 

  • Positive attitude, ability to motivate learners and establish credibility
  • Team player and able to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment

  • MS Office
  • Autocad

General

  • Willingness to travel travel covering the European part of Istanbul and Tekirdağ region


Both local and international training will be provided to the successful candidate.
