What will we look for in you?
  • A good academic record, naturally. But experience tells us to go deeper; we’ll carefully assess your ability to analyse problems, deliver results and work effectively with others. We’re looking for people who are graduates in a business or engineering-related subject and would be available to start immediately.
  • With a commitment to learning and development, you’ll be able to take on real responsibility right from day one. You should have strong written and spoken English language skills. Excellent relationship building and team working skills are essential.

  • Experienced retail / sales professionals with valid driving license w/clean record who is willing to reside in different cities in Turkey.

In a Sales & Operation role, you could be involved in: 
  • Maximizing profitability balanced with maintaining growth and meeting business and HSSE targets
  • Implementing the customer value proposition that maximizes profits and ensures long-term growth and competitive position in the territory, alignment and management of the dealer network
  • Managing territory financials by closely following TOT and related securities
