QUALIFICATIONS Tuncmatik, one of the leading power solution specialists, is looking for an EXPORT SALES MANAGER to join our International Sales Team and focus on our target markets in NORTHERN AMERICA

Desired Skills and Experience
  • University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering  
  • Minimum 5  years of experience in similar positions,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and structured style in doing business
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Demonstrated track record of increasing sales and customer base
  • Understanding needs of the market & customer,
  • Having desire to do outstanding jobs,

  • No restriction for travelling and staying for a long/short time abroad,
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Execution of Tuncmatik products distributor relations and export transactions process,
  • Establish and maintain potential client network and manage relationships, Following up and establishment of sales channels,
  • Analyze customer current situation; business needs and prepare business proposals to match those needs
  • Follow the trends in the industry and consult customers accordingly
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets;
  • Utilize sales processes and tools company provided
  • Brand positioning in relevant countries,
  • Following up the price of the goods and ensuring coordination between the customer and the finance department,
  • Market analysis of the needs, ensuring coordination with the relevant departments of these needs, and finding solutions,
  • Make sure payments are done in accordance with the agreements signed
  • Travelling frequently to the relevant markets, understanding clients’ needs accurately, and providing coordination to provide corresponding solution.
  • Make sure customers are happy after the sales is signed with periodic follow-ups
